Our mission at Military Clothing Outlet, LLC is to provide quality military and military-style clothing and other items at prices that represent extreme value with the best customer service in the business.
MCO began its internet retail operations in 2007 after its owner realized a need for a provider of quality military and military-style clothing and other items at factory outlet prices. Having served on active duty and in the reserve components for over twenty-nine years, he had seen and worn a lot of quality built clothing and other military and military-style items.
He developed a sense of quality and value. His passion for these and superior customer service are the foundations upon which MCO is built.
Some of the products offered by MCO are factory seconds or close out items. These items are clearly identified by a notation “Factory Second” or Factory Closeout.” Factory second items are never perfect. They will have defects and imperfections. They will, on the other hand, represent excellent value.
Each item offered by MCO will show that it is made in the USA or imported. While I am never completely 100% satisfied with the quality of some imported items, they often represent the best value. Rest assured, however, that your complete satisfaction is more important to us than a quick sale (see the Return/Exchange section in our Help Section). No item is offered for sale unless and until it passes the owner’s stringent quality inspection. He examines a sample of each item before purchasing items for retail sale. Then, when a shipment arrives from a wholesaler, the owner personally inspects each and every item to insure its quality.
