Shirts
Our shirts will fall in one of two categories. The will be either factory "first quality" or factory "seconds." We don't sell any surplus or used merchandise. Everything is brand new. The factory "seconds" usually look to me as good as the first quality. I guess some inspector out there spots defects that I miss.
Factory second items are always identified as such. If we offer first quality and seconds in the same item (like the poly underwear, for example) I will always identify seconds as seconds and first quality as first quality.
My experience is that the factory seconds represent excellent value. We have contacts at several government contractors who make items for our military. I have never been disappointed with any of their factory second items.
