YOUR COMMENTS ARE IMPORTANT TO US: At Military Clothing Outlet, LLC, your comments are very important to us. We would like to know what you think about our product selection, prices, quality, shipping customer service, website or any area you want to comment on. We welcome negative comments as well as positive comments. Maybe you just have a suggestion. All of your feedback is important, so sends us whatever feedback you have.

    TWO WAYS TO GIVE COMMENTS REGARDING A PRODUCT: There are actually two ways to give us your comments regarding a product. You may complete a product review at the bottom of the page related to the product you wish to review. The other way to give us your feedback is describe below.

    INSTRUCTIONS: The easiest way for us to receive, process and post your comments is for you to send us an email at our email address below.

    This is not a hyperlink, but you can copy/paste this into your "TO" block in you email program. You can also find our email address in the Contact Us section of the web site Help Page or at the bottom of the Home Page.


    PHOTOS: We have a dedicated photo gallery just for customer photos. We also occasionally use customer photos as a product photo in the area where customers view our products. We want to see photos of your using our products. Simply attach your jpeg photos to an email. Please keep the size to approximately 300 X 500. If you have a MUST SEE photo that is larger, send it and we will resize it before posting it.

    PHOTOS WITH COMMENTS: Our photo gallery does not allow us to post comments with your photos. We can, however, post your photos with the text comments in the comments section of the website. For example, you may have a photo taken while touring in South America with one our bags or hiking in the Sierra Nevada Mountains at 10,000 feet while wearing a pair of our pants or using one of our bags or other items. Our other customers would probably like to know where the photo was taken. So, we can post photos like that with your emailed comments. Because of space requirements, we may have to limit the comments accompanying the photo.


    WHAT WE DO ON THIS END: Once we receive your comments and or photos we take the following steps.
1. Attempt to fix any problem you identified. We don't want another customer to have to identify the same problem or issue that you identified.
2. Send you a REPLY email acknowledging your comment and any corrective action we have taken.
3. Posting your comment to the article in our web site so others can read. Review your photo and consider for posting to our website (because of space requirements, we can not guarantee that every photo sent to us will get posted).
