Military Clothing Outlet, LLC is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase in the original packaging with the tags attached. Items must be in new condition. To provide you the best possible service, we ask that you contact us in advance and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Then, simply send your package to the following address:

Please let us know if your want a refund or an exchange. Please allow us about 10 business days to process your return and issue you a credit or ship your exchange item. Credit will be for the amount of the purchase only unless we made a mistake and sent the wrong item. If we sent the wrong item, then you will receive a credit for the amount of purchase and the shipping fee you paid. If multiple items were shipped, the amount of the shipping cost credited will be prorated based on the cost of the returned item. In the event of an exchange where we sent the item ordered, we are unable to refund any shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange item to us and for shipping the exchanged item back to you. In the event of an exchange where we sent the incorrect item, we are unable to refund any shipping, but we will pay for shipping the exchanged item to you. Shipping will be standard ground shipping. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. It's that simple.

Our mission is to get you your goods in the quickest, most cost-effective manner possible.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is ground shipping by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Your order should arrive within 3- 7 days from the time you place your order. Unfortunately, we can NOT guarantee delivery on any shipment within any time period. The 3 to 7 days is our best guess based on what the shipping companies tell us. We can guarantee that we will process your order within 48 hours and have it ready for the shipper to pick-up. USPS Priority Mail shipments go out Monday - Saturday except for federal (Post Office) holidays. UPS shipments go out Monday - Fridays.
Express Shipping: We are not currently offering express shipping.
Why we don't use just one carrier: Our experience is that shipments from Alabama to the west coast, for example, arrive much sooner with USPS. On the other hand, their may be times when it make sense to ship with UPS. So, to serve you in the best manner possible, we pick the shipper that we feel can get you your goods the soonest. Having said all of that, 99% of our shipments go out USPS Priority Mail which gives speedy service, usually 2 to 3 days, to any location in the US.
APOs and FPOs:
Another reason we like USPS Priority Mail is that they deliver
to APO and FPO addresses. That means that our men and women in uniform can
receive our goods where ever they may be serving.

This category does include APOs and FPOs (i.e., AE, AA and AP addresses).
This category does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

For International shipments:
We are happy to ship to our international customers. Contact us via email and tell us what you are interested in purchasing. We will weight the items in the actual shipping box, compute shipping charges and email you back with the actual shipping fees related to those items. You will need a PayPal account to purchase from us for international shipment. When you reply and tell us you want to place the order send us your PayPal email address. Then, we will simply send you a PayPal invoice which you directly through PayPal. As soon as we receive your PayPal funds we will ship your order.
