| How do I cancel an order? |

Order Cancellation Policy
There are two ways to modify your order. First, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status or modify your order. Changes can be made up until the time is processed. At processing, the software will "lock" your order and any changes made after the order is "locked" will need to be made by using the second method described as follows.
Submit any cancellation via email, regular mail or by phone. See our Contact Information.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name,
order number, and email address. This information must be identical to
the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact
information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards
to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order,
providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event
that a cancellation request is received before your order is shipped, we will gladly cancel the order. Since we don't capture funds from your credit card until shippment, you will not have been charged. However, if the cancellation request is received
after the order was shipped, you will need to follow the procedures at the Returns/Exchanges section of our Help Section We will refund the order total less
shipping.

| What is your policy regarding "out-of-stock" items? |

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "out-of-stock", most items give you the option of backordering.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as "out-of-stock" does not, however, necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We do our absolute best to keep this data current, but we do occassionally slip up. If you order an item that is indicated to be "in stock" and we learn while processing your order that the item is in fact "out-of-stock, we will notity you. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. You will have the option of canceling that item or putting it on backorder.
Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. You can backorder the item and your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please contact us if you need additional information or if we can assist nyou with your order. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
